Search, Filters, and Archive
3sparks Chat helps you manage growing chat history with search, filters, archive, and selection tools.
Search
Use chat search to find conversations and messages. Search can look inside message content, not only chat titles.
If search results seem stale, reopen the app or rebuild the search index from settings if that option is available.
Filters
Use filters to narrow the chat list by connection, provider, or other available criteria. This is useful when you use several local and cloud providers.
Archive
Archive conversations you want to keep but do not need in the main chat list. Archived chats remain available from the archived view and can be unarchived later.
Bulk selection
When selection tools are available, select multiple chats to archive or manage them together.
Troubleshooting
- If a chat is missing, check filters and the archived view.
- If message search does not find recent content, allow the app time to update the index.
- If synced chats are missing on another device, check iCloud sync status.
