Location Sharing

Location sharing lets you include a map location in a chat message. Use it when you want help with nearby places, directions, planning, or location-aware questions.

Share a location

1. Open a chat.
2. Tap + in the composer.
3. Choose Location.
4. Allow location access if iOS asks.
5. Confirm or adjust the selected location.
6. Add a question and send.

What the model receives

The model receives location context such as coordinates and nearby address information shown by the app. Do not share precise location if you do not want the selected provider to receive it.

Privacy

Location is sent only when you add it to a message and send that message. Remote providers receive the location context. Local Models process supported location text on device.

Troubleshooting

• If location is unavailable, check iOS location permission for 3sparks Chat.
• If the wrong place appears, move the map pin or search again before sending.
• If the provider gives generic answers, include a specific question with the location.
