iCloud Sync

iCloud Sync can keep 3sparks Chat data available across your Apple devices. It uses Apple's iCloud/CloudKit systems and may require an app restart when first enabled.

Enable sync

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Memory, Storage & Sync or the sync settings area.
3. Turn on iCloud Sync.
4. Choose sync preferences when prompted.
5. Restart the app if the app shows a restart-required state.

The restart lets the app reopen with a CloudKit-backed data container.

What syncs

Chats are the core sync data. You can also choose whether to sync connections, instructions, and keyboard prompts.

API tokens are stored securely in Keychain. Local Model files and loaded runtime state do not sync through iCloud.

Sync Now

Use Sync Now when available to ask the app to refresh cloud-backed data. Most sync happens automatically, but manual refresh can help after changing devices or network state.

Troubleshooting

• Confirm you are signed in to iCloud on each device.
• Confirm iCloud Drive/CloudKit access is available and not restricted.
• If sync was just enabled, restart the app when prompted.
• If data appears stale, use Sync Now or reopen the app.
